The house was modern, spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for my family gathering. It had everything we needed to be independent and do things individually. The spacious room was lovely, and the location was convenient for us.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of utensils in the kitchen was a bit disappointing, especially for a large house catering to large groups.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to downtown and other areas of interest. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, making for a comfortable stay.
One major drawback was the lack of adequate bathroom facilities. With only two toilets and showers for over 12 guests, there was often a long queue and unnecessary inconvenience.

The location in East Belfast was perfect for us, with a vibrant neighborhood that made us feel like locals. The staff, especially Paddy, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable, and we loved having access to the kitchen facilities. There were also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the option to do laundry either at the hotel or at a nearby laundromat. We would definitely stay here again!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
